Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of 100 Questions at https://100voprosov.ru (the Service) and the purchase of its products. By using the site or paying for a product you accept these terms.

1. The product

1.1. The Service creates a personal digital book of questions (Mom, Tell Me; Dad, Tell Me) based on a short form filled in by the customer, in English or Russian at the customer's choice, and provides an online page where the questions can be answered.

1.2. Each book is sold in two versions: plain (questions on white pages) and illustrated (illustrated cover and page background in the style chosen by the customer). The questions are the same in both versions.

1.3. This is a digital product. Nothing is shipped. The customer receives a printable PDF, a link for answering online and the option to download the book with answers as a PDF or a self-contained HTML file.

2. Prices and payment

• Mom, Tell Me book: €19
• Dad, Tell Me book: €19
• Two books: Mom, Tell Me and Dad, Tell Me: €25
• Mom, Tell Me book with illustrated design: €29
• Dad, Tell Me book with illustrated design: €29
• Two books with illustrated design: Mom, Tell Me and Dad, Tell Me: €45

2.1. Card payments are made in euros and processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia), which acts as the Merchant of Record and seller for these payments. Prices include VAT where applicable.

2.2. Access is granted as soon as the payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery

3.1. After payment the customer is taken to their account (sign-in by a one-time code sent by email), fills in the form and gets the book immediately.

3.2. Answers are stored by the Service; the book with answers can be downloaded again at any time.

4. Refunds

Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

5. Use of the Service

• Enter only data about other people that you are entitled to share for creating the book.
• Do not post unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Do not interfere with the site or try to access other people's books.

6. Intellectual property

The question set, site texts, designs and illustrations belong to the Service. A purchased book is for personal family use; it may not be resold or distributed as a template. Answers belong to the people who wrote them; the Service uses them only to build the book.

7. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for the content of answers or for files lost from the customer's Yandex Disk. Short interruptions may happen during maintenance.
