Refund Policy

1. You can get a full refund at any time before you fill in the book form, that is before the personal book is created.

2. Once the form is submitted, the book is created and delivered immediately as digital content, so the purchase can no longer be refunded. If something does not work, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.

3. To request a refund, write to info@100voprosov.ru from the email used at checkout. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Card payments are refunded through Creem, our Merchant of Record.
