This policy explains how 100 Questions at https://100voprosov.ru (the Service) processes personal data.

1. What we process

• your email address;
• form data: names, year of birth, hometown, family details, your own questions and letter;
• answers to the questions in the book;
• payment details: order number, amount, date (card data is handled by the payment provider and never reaches us);
• IP address, cookies and browser data, including through Yandex Metrica.

2. Why

• to create the book and store the answers;
• to email you links and sign-in codes;
• to take payment;
• to answer your messages and improve the Service.

3. Legal basis

Performance of the contract and your consent.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on servers in Russia and transferred over HTTPS. Books and answer pages open only by unique links and, when an email is set, with a sign-in code. Data is kept for the life of the contract and 5 years after, or until you withdraw consent.

5. Who receives data

• Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia): email and order number for card payments;
• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): your email address, to send emails;
• Yandex: analytics through Yandex Metrica, and voice answers and photos if you connect your own Yandex Disk.

We do not sell data or share it for advertising.

6. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold, correct or delete it, and withdraw consent by writing to info@100voprosov.ru. We act on requests within 10 business days.
