FAQ

What people usually ask

Is the book in English?

You choose: English or Russian. The language is picked in the form after payment, so the same purchase works for a parent who reads either.

Mom isn't good with computers

Print the book: every question has lines to write on by hand. Online is simple too: open the link and type, nothing to install.

Some questions take half an hour

That's the idea. Answers save by themselves, and you can come back a week later with the same link. Any question can be skipped.

When do I get the book?

Right after payment and the form: the printable book and the link for Mom or Dad appear within a minute. You download the book with answers once they have answered.

Is it a printed book?

No, it is a digital product: a PDF you can print at home or at any print shop, plus an online page for answers. Nothing is shipped.

Who can see the answers?

Only you and the person answering: pages open by unique links and, if you add an email, only with a sign-in code.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, a full refund any time before you fill in the form, that is before the book is created. See the refund policy or write to info@100voprosov.ru.
